There are four official languages in Switzerland, namely German, French, Italian, and Romansh. –
Of course they speak English, but the native languages are spoken by 75%, 20%, 4%, 1% respectively. Romansh is spoken in a canton (Graubuten) with about 45 thousand citizens. It dates back some 1,500 years with roots of Latin and Celtic languages among others.
