Today is the day we celebrate our Independence from the British. It’s a wonderful day to celebrate being an American.
Here the flags are flying in downtown. In just a few hours the parade will commence and then tonight at sundown, thanks to the Chinese, there will be a mighty firework display over Old Tampa Bay. If the night is clear we should be able to see fireworks in Tampa, St Pete and more cities around the bay.
Today everyone should be proud to be an American. Wear your red, white, and blue, but most of all be respectful of Old Glory today, and every day.
